Hotel Rooms

The hotel consists of supper luxury rooms almost equal to star class hotel rooms which comprise of all amenities required for a luxury stay in a hotel. The hotel consists of two buildings which the main building is comprise of the rooms in the upper floor and the meeting room, restaurant and the Kitchen in the ground floor.  The rooms of the main building open to the breathtaking view of  Pelmadulla Valley while one room of the secondary building open to the scenic beauty of Pelmadulla  Valley while the other room open to the lush greenery tea garden and the forest area.

All hotel rooms, except the room 6, are comprise of AC, hot water system, queens bed/ beds, table with movable chair, tea or coffee making facility, top class linen and towels, extra luxury comfortable beds, large mirror which facilitate you for a wedding dresses, towel racks, wardrobe, luggage stacking facility, extra chairs in some rooms and WC/Wash rooms with soap and other amenities.  Rooms are supper clean and almost new.

For gusts who wish to stay as a group with many family members or friends there are few options for the booking as given below,

1. Entire hotel booking- This will allow you to use all 6 rooms of the hotel which facilitate 16 guests. In addition, 3 extra beds can be placed in family rooms. Through this booking you are privileged to use all facilities of the hotel without any interference of external parties as no any other bookings such as day outing will not be accepted by the hotel Management during your stay.
2. Only the main building booking- The main building consists of 4 rooms including two family rooms and two double rooms. The capacity of the 4 rooms are 12 guests without additional beds. Including additional beds you may go yup to 14 guests to stay in the main hotel building. During your stay the management will not accept any day outings to the hotel, yet there is a possibility to accommodate another set of guests to the Cottage in the Secondary building.
3. Only the Secondary building booking- Guests are privilege to book only the Secondary building of the hotel for a pleasant family stay which comprised of one double room with AC and one non-AC double room. Both rooms are comprised of hot water facility and other amenities including queens’ bed, table with movable chair, tea or coffee making facility, top class linen and towels, extra luxury comfortable mattresses, large mirror which facilitate you for a wedding dress, towel racks, wardrobe, extra chairs. Here there is no facility to add additional beds. Here gusts can enjoy the private lobby area which is opened to the hilly forest area and the tea plantation.  One room of the cottage is open to the Kiribathgala Mountain range while the other room open to the Tea plantation and the jungle.
